QiGong Description

This is a basic beginners QiGong class focusing on foundation principles, such as breathing and stance, and simple flowing movements.

I’ve trained with Lee Holden www.leeholden.com and Roger Jahnke www.feeltheqi.com Please check their websites, DVS, publications and workshops to get an idea of their style and orientation.

Everyone is welcome to attend; no mats or props are required and loose, comfortable clothing is recommended (as is a not full stomach!).
