I have a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse, NY and a Master of Arts in Librarianship and Information Management from the University of Denver, Denver, Colorado.
My professional training in bodywork, yoga and QiGong has mainly been completed at the fine institutions of the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Lenox, MA, Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, Rhinebeck, NY and the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts, Santa Fe, NM. I am a long time member of the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and am licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Professional Licensure, Board of Massage Therapy.
Many delightful and challenging summers were spent working for the National Park Service in Bryce Canyon, Zion, Glen Canyon, Olympic and Mt. Rainier National Parks. I also enjoyed working for Utah State University in Logan, Utah and Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
